FABRICATION

Utah Fabrication has fabricated steel components for a wide array of industries including but not limited to Municipalities, Mining, Energy and Transportation Sectors in the Western United States. As well as having shipped work internationally. Founded on the principle of delivering the best product at a
reasonable price and a strong work ethic, Utah Fabrication continues to meet the ever-increasing standards of quality and excellence wherever they are found. From planning, delivery and erection, explore our capabilities. Our AISC, ASME and AWS-certified welders have extensive experience in MIG, TIG, and flux core welding. Our CNC plasma cutting technology systems, delivered through our Burn Table and Inovatech 600 Beamline Powered by Hypertherm. Allow for burr-free, smooth, and sharp-edged surfaces. We offer finishing services such as sandblasting, epoxy and urethane coating to ensure the long-term performance of our products.

DESIGN &
ENGINEERING

Our Detailing department functions in multiple forms of BIM and CAD. For our structural, industrial and miscellaneous steel needs. Our team of Senior Designers has more than 50 years of combined experience using industry standard programs such as Tekla, Advanced Steel and AutoCAD; designing, detailing and collaborating with customers and engineers to provide design, shop and detailed drawings as requested.

PAINTING &
SANDBLASTING

Utah Fabrication specializes in commercial and industrial blasting and coating applications. We operate our blast and paint booth facility on site. Our team specializes in sand, soda and hydro blasting as well as industrial and specialty coatings including Epoxies, Urethanes, Irathanes and Duromar. We work primarily in power plants, mining, heavy industrial and marine applications. Our goal is to offer customer satisfaction through integrity and service with competitive pricing and quality workmanship. The paint & coatings manager is a NACE Certified Coatings Engineer and HAZMAT Technician. All staff are MSHA and Confined Space trained.

FIELD SERVICES

Turnkey project from conception to completion

Tekko, Inc. is new in name only. Our experienced staff and managers have over 100 years of construction related background. The Company was formed to focus on the heavy industrial sector of the Mining, Power, and Oil & Gas markets. Tekko is the “installation” arm of Utah Fabricationandprovides a variety of field services in both the commercial and industrial sectors.
